Fuel the Fire
Overwhelm flips you to flight mode. Remembering your why flips you back to fight: anchor the vision, map waypoints, take one 15-minute step.
You had a purpose before anyone had an opinion’
Life’s noise makes it easy to forget the big picture and get lost in micro-tasks. When that happens, your body goes into self-protection; everything feels heavier and progress stalls.
The reset is simple: Remember your why, then translate it into near-term waypoints and tiny steps.
The cost of not following your heart is spending the rest of your life wishing you had’
Why before how
Your why is the steady thing. Plans can change; the destination doesn’t. Re-visit the moment music grabbed you. Ask the people who saw the spark in you to remind you what they noticed.
Two paths, choose on purpose
When it’s tempting to quit, sketch two futures (12 months out):
If I stay the course.
If I give up.
Pick the one you want to live in, then choose one action today that leans that way.
‘If you can remember why you started, then you will know why you must continue’ - – C Burkmenn
Make it visible
Build a simple vision board: images/words that embody your next year (craft, shows, community, health, business). Keep it where you see it daily and schedule a weekly glance.
Flip flight → fight (kindly)
Notice your triggers (fatigue, comparison, decision pile-ups). Pair each one with a reframe (your why), a tiny action (≤10 minutes), and a support ping (who you’ll message).
Activities & exercises (ready to use)

If you’d like the Fire Kit (prompts, vision planner, two-futures, reset plan), just say the word and I’ll send it over.
